Every craft we make is different. No two items are alike - even if you order 2 of the same thing. We only use wood and craft glue so if something has detached or come apart during shipping, you just need to do what we do which is glue it back together.
We also work on lots of different crafts during the year but not all of them are on sale at the same time. So if you can't find something that you bought before, just do what we do which is don't worry and check out what we have right now and then come back tomorrow, or next week, or next month to see our next batch of crafts.
When you order a craft, it probably won't ship out on that day, or even the next day. Sometimes it takes us a few days to check our inventory, weigh your craft, box it up, label it, and send it to you. If your craft doesn't arrive as soon as you'd like, just do what we do which is find something fun to do with people you love and enjoy life.
